install in general.  It stretches and responds to heat very well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe gloss black we chose has air egress channels and that is why it is a little more expensive than standard colors.  Air egress channels assist in providing a path for air to escape during installation (less bubbles).  Some cost is also due to the fact that it is cast versus free detailing spray if your vehicle is not too dirty.  Make sure you also clean under the front of the hood as the vinyl will wrap around alignment so that you can space out the main stripes.  It is removed at the end.  See last product photos for a visual one drop of dish or hand soap in a cup of water can work also.  Apply to the vinyl and install area so that the first attempt doesn't make the vinyl permanently stick to the surface.  Then you can slide it around and push out the extra water once it is in place with your squeegee.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eTry doing the install in the shade so it doesn't heat up the vinyl
