Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb that is extensively used in Ayurveda, the traditional herbal system in India. Ashwagandha is used as a general tonic and "adaptogen", helping the body adapt to temporary normal stress. In addition, preliminary data suggest that ashwagandha supports a healthy immune system.
Our products are made with natural ingredients in a facility that contains no animal products, eliminating any risk of animal-based cross-contamination. While we no longer maintain an active Kosher certification on our packaged retail sizes, our products and facility standards have remained the same. If you’re specifically seeking officially certified Kosher, our unopened 25 lb and 50 lb bulk products are still Kosher-certified directly from the original producer.
