Classic Dip: Mix with 8 oz mayonnaise and 8 oz sour cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Try these variations:
- Use 16 oz sour cream, plain yogurt, or hummus for a lighter option
- Chef Jan's favorite: 4 oz (1/2 cup) mayo + 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) sour cream
Creamy Spread: Combine with 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Enjoy warm (microwave 2 minutes) or chilled.
