A light and refreshing jelly, sparkling with Spain’s famous fruity chilled wine and tangy prickly pear. Serve for breakfast for a super-happy start to the day!
Spread it: Fabulous on croissants and other flaky pastries like brioche and scones. Try adding a layer of cream cheese or mascarpone beneath the jelly for a creamy contrast.
Spoon it: Swirl into Greek yogurt for a light and fruity snack. Top pancakes with a generous spoonful along with a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
Stir into a bowl of fresh mixed fruits. It will give the fruit a lovely shine and add a layer of sweet flavor that complements melon, berries or citrus – a sprinkle of mint leaves would work great here also!
