Featuring the dependable Castillo varietal and processed using the washed method, this roast has been meticulously developed to shine in espresso, while maintaining exceptional versatility across all brewing methods.
Flavor Profile:
A rich and grounded cup with bold flavors and earthy undertones. Caramel sweetness and toasted almond warmth are layered with deep dark chocolate notes. The body is full and silky, with low acidity and a lingering, comforting finish.
