Roaster's Note: Good, quality decaf can be hard to find. That's why this natural process from Sidama, Ethiopia stands out. Undergoing a natural process after harvest to retain the classic Ethiopian profile, it then undergoes an Ultraviolet Water Wash (UVWW) process to strip it of the caffeine. This process is chemical-free, being soaked in water and held under UV lights, leaving a clean, bright, exceptional cup of decaf.
