Falling Iguana — Castaway Sauce Company

Falling Iguanas, while problematic in South Florida during the rare cold snap, actually makes a pretty delicious hot sauce! (No actual iguanas were used in the making of the sauce.)

The featured chili in Falling Iguana is the Datil pepper, which is regional to the St. Augustine area, and has a slightly smoky flavor. Honey, Florida orange juice, garlic, and peppers and spices round out the unique profile of this sauce.
