This coffee comes from Haro Wachu, a renowned washing station located in Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia, grown at altitudes ranging from 2,100 to 2,350 meters above sea level. Ripe coffee cherries are carefully hand-harvested before undergoing meticulous washed processing, resulting in a cup that showcases elegant floral notes and delicate yellow fruit flavors.
In the local language, “Haro” means water and “Wachu” refers to a type of native tree, making the name not just beautiful, but also deeply rooted in the land and culture.
