Hojicha Green Tea is a roasted twist on tradition — a comforting, warm, and uniquely flavorful take on Japanese green tea. Unlike most green teas, which are steamed to preserve their bright color, Hojicha is gently roasted to create a rich brown hue and a deeply satisfying flavor. This process softens the bitterness often found in green tea and brings out a warm, toasty, and slightly nutty profile with hints of caramel.
Crafted from premium Sencha and Bancha leaves using time-honored methods, Hojicha is the perfect everyday tea. With medium caffeine and a smooth finish, it’s equally enjoyable hot or iced — a soothing experience for any season.

Brewing Instructions
- Heat fresh water to about 180°F (82°C).
- Steep 1–2 teaspoons of Hojicha for 2–3 minutes.
