We are your local beekeepers our bees make delicious local honey from the surrounding areas around Brooksville and florida. We offer raw honey right out of the hive. Each honey flavor is seasonal and available till we run out and will not be available again till the following year's harvest. Brazilian pepper flowers bloom between September and November perfect time for the beneficial insects as the fall sets in without many flowers in bloom for a forge. The abundant flowers then produce pink peppercorns that you would see in gourmet pepper mills. This honey has been sought out by those who relish its healthy benefits.
