From the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, this organic specialty-grade decaf proves you don’t have to sacrifice flavor when cutting back on caffeine. Grown without chemicals and fully washed before decaffeination, it’s crafted from classic varietals—Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra—that trace their lineage back to Ethiopia.
Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a 100% chemical-free method, this coffee retains the rich character of its origin. Expect smooth notes of cocoa powder, granola, molasses, and nuttiness, all wrapped in a gentle acidity. With 99.9% of caffeine removed but the full flavor intact, it’s decaf that truly tastes like coffee.
