Spread it: A lovely partner for warm croissants, toasted crumpets or stuffed French toast – dust lightly with powdered sugar.
Spoon it: Serve warm over vanilla bean or butter pecan ice cream. Swirl into Greek yogurt with seeds of your choice for a sweetly healthy breakfast
Pair it: Serve with aged crumbly Cheddar, Gouda or Gorgonzola – the sweet nuttiness of the Peach / Pecan combo is a wonderful complement. Try in a Turkey + Swiss sandwich, along with a touch of Dijon.
Top toasted baguette slices with goat cheese and a spoonful of jam for an elegant bite.
Bake it: Use as a rich filling in buttery cookies and as a wonder ingredient in a rich and satisfying upside-down cake. Makes the perfect filler base for a festive Apple Streusel
Spread onto flatbread, top with prosciutto slices and then mozzarella and bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melty and the sides start to crisp. Finish with fresh arugula.
