How to Prepare
Traditional preparation is simple:
1 teaspoon (2g) matcha
5 oz hot water (160°F / 70°C)
Sift into a bowl, add a small amount of water, and whisk briskly in a “W” motion until frothy. Add remaining water and whisk until a fine foam forms.
For a matcha latte, whisk first with water, then add steamed milk of your choice.
