A great favorite for a grilled chicken or pork marinade, this is also sublime with puff pastry or paired with baked cheese.
Pair it: Spread goat cheese on toasted baguette slices and top with a dollop of raspberry jalapeño jam for a sweet and savory bite.
Spread it: Spread Raspberry Jalapeño Jam on slider buns, layer with ham and Swiss cheese, and bake until golden for a sweet and savory sandwich
Blend it: Toss arugula, sugar snap peas, cucumber, avocado, and grilled chicken with a dressing made from raspberry jalapeño jam, olive oil, and lime juice for a refreshing salad
Bake it: Use to make a sublimely spicy Baked Brie en Croute – remove the rind before spreading Raspberry Jam on top and encasing in thawed puff pastry. Baste with milk or egg and bake on parchment until the pastry is golden brown. Allow to stand 15 mins before serving
