Pair it: Our Raspberry Jam is a super-tasty partner to peanut butter for an incredible PB&J. Pair with mild creamy cheese such as Brie, Camembert, Queso Fresco and mild Goat cheese; add in salami for a wonderful charcuterie board
Layer raspberry jam between sponge cake and meringue for a light and airy dessert.
Spoon it: Add a dollop of raspberry jam to your bowl of oatmeal and swirl it in for a sweet and fruity flavor.
Blend it: Combine raspberry jam with gin, club soda, and a squeeze of lemon for a summery cocktail.
Blend raspberry jam with milk and ice cream to create a refreshing milkshake, or use to make fantastic raspberry ice cream
Bake it: Use to make a sublime Baked Brie en Croute – remove the rind before spreading Raspberry Jam on top and encasing in thawed puff pastry. Baste with milk or egg and bake on parchment until the pastry is golden brown. Allow to stand 15 mins before serving
Mix raspberry jam with balsamic vinegar to create a glaze for meats.
