Our Santa Fe Blend is our best mild extra virgin olive oil for everyday cooking use. With a nice blend of Coratina and Arbequina varietals, this oil has a very mild taste. Mix it into a stir fry, marinade a steak with it, or just add it to a soup -- this is a perfect kitchen staple for any cook.

South African Coratina is absolutely sublime. A very well-made, robust olive oil with all of the great herbal flavors associated with this cultivar. It is well-balanced with just the right amount of bitterness, pungency, and fruitiness. The intense aroma is a lovely combination of flowers and herbs. It tastes very herbal, leafy, spicy, and grassy along with pronounced notes of mint and cinnamon and a long, persistent finish of black pepper. It just doesn’t get any better!

The Spanish Arbequina EVOO is a mild and fresh, early crush Arbequina, with profiles of green and ripe olive fruit, almond, banana, tomato plant, green herbs. This oil is balanced with high fruitiness, low bitterness and a pleasant pungency highlighting its freshness.
