Opaqa Amelia’s Blossom is a single-origin Pink Bourbon coffee from Huila, Colombia, one of the most celebrated coffee regions in the world. Pink Bourbon is a naturally occurring hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon, named for the vibrant pink hue of its coffee cherries.
This varietal is notoriously challenging to grow, requiring weeks of careful harvesting and only the most experienced farmers to ensure quality. Cultivated in limited lots and processed with precision, Amelia’s Blossom represents the pinnacle of Colombian coffee craftsmanship.
The cup reveals delicate layers: brown sugar sweetness, lifted by floral aromatics, and rounded with a refreshing cantaloupe-like juiciness. Light-bodied yet complex, it’s a coffee designed for mindful brewing and slow appreciation.
