Cornaby’s Thick Gel is a gluten-free, Non-GMO, starch that replaces regular cornstarch, flour, tapioca, or arrowroot for all cooked thickening applications. It's a superior option for thickening soups, sauces, gravies, cooked pudding and other family favorites. Since Thick Gel can be refrigerated, canned or frozen without weeping, thinning, or breaking down, it is the ideal product to use in bottled pie fillings, salsas and sauces.

Clear Gel
Directions
Mix Thick Gel with water to create a lump-free mixture. Combine mixture with final product and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Bottle, refrigerate, or freeze finished products for future use.
