The Story Behind the Ingredients
Triphala is one of Ayurveda’s most revered formulas, known for bringing the body back into harmony through gentle cleansing and deep nourishment. Meaning “three fruits,” it unites Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki—a trinity of botanicals that support digestion, detoxification, and rejuvenation from within.
Amalaki restores vitality and brightness, rich in antioxidants and natural vitamin C that awaken cellular renewal. Bibhitaki grounds and purifies, helping the body release what it no longer needs and supporting clear breath and digestion. Haritaki, called the “King of Medicines,” uplifts energy, sharpens the mind, and encourages inner strength and resilience. Together, these fruits create balance. Triphala doesn’t rush the body; it gently reminds it how to heal, guiding you back to clarity, lightness, and the natural rhythm of well-being.
