This Ecuadorian version of the classic Thai sauce is super healthy, tangy and fiery! The rich spices come together perfectly with fresh watermelon and apple cider vinegar. There is nothing mild about this sauce. Just like the Ty himself, this sauce is mad with flavor, pizzazz, and heat.
