This Ponzu is a base, not a ponzu sauce, made from yuzu zest, yuzu juice, mirin, rice wine vinegar, kombu, and bonito shavings. Add White Shoyu or Sashimi Tamari to create a delectable ponzu sauce for dipping, marinating.
